Do you have a proven track record in both paid and organic content strategies across platforms like YouTube and Instagram? If so, ACKO Drive invites you to join our team as a Media Campaign Manager . Key Responsibilities: Content Promotion: Strategically manage and optimise paid media campaigns to enhance video reach and engagement on YouTube and Instagram. Organic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to boost organic distribution, aiming to increase subscribers, video views, and engagement rates. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely delivery. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution and communication. Performance Monitoring: Own and drive targets related to subscribers, video views, and View-Through Rates (VTR) on YouTube and Instagram. Utilise analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and recommend actionable insights. Creative Thinking: Bring a creative problem-solving mindset to develop engaging content ideas, experiment with new formats, themes, and storytelling techniques, and optimize campaign performance to stand out from competitors. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media campaign management across platforms like YouTube and Instagram. Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimisation strategies. Strong understanding of organic growth tactics and content distribution strategies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
