Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ability to supervise the agencies in media plan formulation basis the brand and ROI objectives in a fast-paced environment and execution of the same. Evaluate and Optimize the Digital and Traditional media plans to deliver on Brand (Awareness & Consideration) and Business Metrics (Organic Downloads & Visits) Work with the agencies and internal teams to create and update the trackers and monitor reports. Share the findings and suggest optimization scope in the live campaigns Assist the brand & Data/ Analytics team with the media data requirement and tracker creation and execution. Work closely with procurement on negotiation and plan closure. Assist in the slide creation for internal reporting and updates. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 3+ Years of experience in media planning, advertising or related role. Skills: Educational Qualifications: Post-graduate with specialization in media planning, marketing, brand marketing or related field. 2+ years of experience working in a mid to large media agency in media strategy and planning for multimedia campaigns, with focus on TV and Digital At least 1 year of experience on client side, managing brand media campaigns independently (30% Traditional: 70% Digital). Experience of working with Consumer Tech & FS brands preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of Digital planning and operations: Programmatic- Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSP, PG deals, Ecom etc. Understanding of media analytical tools- comScore, GWI, Google Dashboards etc. Knowledge of traditional media to deal with agencies and partners. Presentation skills to develop and present the insights, plans and reports to the internal stakeholders. Cross Team working experience with Procurement, Legal, Performance, Data etc.
