Media Operations Executive (Outsourced)

Description: At OnePlus, we are looking to hire a Media Operations person who will be responsible for business operations. As an operations specialist, you will be responsible for data management, performance tracking and payment operations. Role & Responsibilities: Define and drive planning and execution of key business operations for media strategy across budget management, payment operations & media analytics. Building strong analytics framework for a 360 degrees view on media metrics and work on tracking and improving media efficiency. Marketing budget alignment across different functions, tracking, monitoring and management to ensure right spends with effective ROI. Process Re-engineering: work with India and HQ team finance & procurement leaders to improve vendor payment experience, automation of operations. External Partner/ Vendor Management: Work closely with existing and new external partners and vendors on improving media operations including onboarding & payments. Track media performance, highlight emerging trends in the OEM space and discover growth opportunities for the brand. Expectations from the Candidate: 2-5 years of prior experience with minimum 2 years of experience in data management & payment operations. Strong familiarity and understanding of finance payable operations. Proficient analytical skills with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding Tableau, Power Bi is a huge plus. Passionate about process, data, information systems and automation. Resourceful with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects/programs and priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Note: This role will be on third-party payroll with OnePlus India.
