Role & Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end medical coding operations for multiple specialties. Handle client communications, reports, and escalations professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS). Drive quality assurance, audits, and process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of coders to achieve performance excellence. Implement SOPs and process improvements to enhance team performance. Develop and maintain monthly coding production and accuracy reports . Support revenue growth by optimizing resources and improving productivity . Collaborate with the RCM and billing teams to optimize revenue cycle outcomes. Who Should Apply? Certified Medical Coders (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) with 8 + years of experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in handling multi-specialty coding is a plus. Preferred qualifications: BPT, MPT, B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BOT, or Life Sciences. (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS are an added advantage.) Strong knowledge of NCCI edits, CMS guidelines, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG systems.
