Roles and Responsibilities Provide medical physics expertise to support radiation oncology services at our hospital. Conduct quality control checks on linear accelerators (linacs), simulators, and other radiation therapy equipment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans for patients undergoing radiation therapy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to radiation safety. Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with advancements in medical physics. Ensure Radiation Safety protocols. Manage role and responsibilities of RSO. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be M.Sc. ( Medical Physics ) with RSO certification and 4-5 years experience in Radiation Oncology department.
