This role involves reviewing, organizing, and analyzing medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Analyze and review medical records for completeness and accuracy. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company guidelines. Extract relevant medical data from patient records. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data quality. Maintain confidentiality and security of medical records. Requirements: Education: Graduate from a Science background (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, etc.). Skills: Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
