Job Description

Role & responsibilities Highlight medical information which helps legal experts in identifying the case's strength and weaknesses. Analyzing and understanding of medical reports with compilation into a document to create a medical review. To draft a case in a chronological order that includes the patient's history, disease process, assessment, and intervention. Categorizing and analyzing intricate medical data, and converting into medico-legally authenticated records. Organize large amounts of medical data according to the litigation requirement of the client. Detailed description of important information like tort, personal injuries, and deep analysis of medical records with detailed synopsis of relevant information. Summarizing and editing multiple medical records of a patient, picking up pertinent points from a report and preparing a concise and chronological report. Generally associated with med-legal cases where it is pertinent to know the patient's past history before deciding on the merits/demerits of a case. Preferred candidate profile Awareness & good knowledge of human anatomy, medical terminology, medical record analysis and medical law. Knowledge of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet. Should have a good understanding of client specific formats. To review US medical records to provide case discovery & Medical opinion. Review all forms and documents pertaining to a case for errors, missing information, legibility. Able to demonstrate and promote a positive team -oriented environment. Possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately. Able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions. Ability to follow instructions and respond to upper managements' directions accurately.
