Key Responsibilities: Promoting and Selling Products: Medical representatives present and sell their company's pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and prescription drugs to healthcare providers. Building Relationships: They cultivate strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff. Providing Information: They educate healthcare professionals about product benefits, uses, and potential side effects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Meeting Sales Targets: They strive to achieve sales goals and targets within their assigned territory. Staying Informed: They keep abreast of new medical advancements, technologies, and regulations. Providing Feedback: They gather feedback from healthcare professionals about products and market trends, relaying this information to their company. Training and Support: Some medical representatives may be responsible for training other sales staff or providing support to existing sales teams.
