Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India Key Responsibilities: Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities. Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management. Daily reporting Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan. Key Requirements: Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma Strong communication to converse with doctors in the specialty segment. Super-Self motivation, go-getter & can-do attitude. Excellent Communications Skills are mandatory Passionate, Task Oriented with high commitment Values.
