Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with a passion for healthcare and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or as a Medical Representative. You must be comfortable traveling frequently to meet clients, build relationships, and drive growth. Key Responsibilities : β Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical and healthcare sectors β Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals β Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients β Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions β Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth β Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients β Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of client requirements β Provide feedback from the market to help shape the company's offerings Required Qualification and Skills : β Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or as a Medical Representative β Excellent verbal and written communication skills β Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills β Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive β Willingness to travel as per business needs β Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred but not mandatory) β Existing network with healthcare professionals is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: βΉ20,000.00 - βΉ30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Medical sales: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
