Role & responsibilities Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay up-to-date with the latest wellness products, supplements, or services the company offers. Educate healthcare professionals, clinic owners, or wellness centers on the benefits and uses of these products. Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy based on market research, targeting healthcare professionals, clinics, spas, fitness centers, or direct consumers, depending on the company's products. Identify potential leads and approach them to introduce products or services. Meet sales goals and increase brand visibility in target markets. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including doctors, therapists, wellness center owners, and other stakeholders in the wellness and healthcare sectors. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to establish connections and grow the company's presence. Training & Support: Provide training to clients (e.g., wellness center staff or physicians) on the usage and benefits of products. Offer continuous post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain regular sales reports, track progress, and forecast sales trends. Analyze competitors offerings and adjust sales techniques accordingly. Market Research: Research and identify new trends in wellness and healthcare that could represent new business opportunities. Provide feedback on customer preferences and potential areas for product improvement or expansion. Preferred candidate profile Product Knowledge: Understanding of wellness products Customer Service: Being attentive to customer needs and offering appropriate support or solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting products to clients and creating sales materials.
