Work Profile:1. The key role is to act as a brand ambassador, promoting the short-term (1 Year) courses into medical specialties and closing the leads in form of admissions by enrolling them in multiple programs2. The job role includes speaking to the doctors / medical graduates primarily over the phone, answering their queries related to programs which we have, and convincing them to enroll in the course3. The candidate would be responsible to make outbound telephonic calls on the leads generated and also receiving the inbound telephonic queries4. Keeping a regular follow-up with the interested candidates, sharing all the relevant information whenever required, assuring timely closure5. Preparing necessary reports and sharing the same with the management on a daily basis6. It is a target-based job and the candidate would be expected to achieve the set monthly targetKey Requirements:1. Good communication and convincing skills2. Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude3. Prior experience of 4+ years in admissions or educational sales would be preferred4. Graduation in any stream
