Mendix Mobility Developer

Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Mendix Mobility Developer to join our development team. As a Mendix Mobility Developer, you will be responsible for building mobile applications using Mendix for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work in a collaborative environment with business analysts, designers, and other developers to create user-centric applications that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Mendix platform. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements. Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android using Mendix. Customize Mendix widgets and features as per project requirements. Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality. Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of applications. Ensure the mobile application is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in agile development cycles, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications. Key Requirements : Proven experience in Mendix application development, particularly mobile app development. Strong understanding of Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro . Experience in Mendix Mobile App Development and familiarity with Mendix's offline capabilities . Experience with integrating Mendix applications with third-party systems and APIs. Solid understanding of RESTful web services and their integration in Mendix apps. Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes on Google Play and the Apple App Store . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Mendix best practices. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile apps. Preferred Skills : Mendix Certification Experience with JavaScript or HTML5/CSS3 . Familiarity with Java , Swift , or Kotlin (for hybrid mobile applications). Knowledge of Mendix Cloud , Mendix Marketplace , and Mendix Atlas UI . Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
