Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Develop MEP design with latest technologies adapted. Prepare drawings & BOQs for MEP works (Electrical). Accountable for providing Good for Construction drawings in MEP. Coordinate the MEP drawings with Architectural drawings. Continuously work on standardizing working drawings and Bill of quantities for construction. Coordinate with Project execution team for efficient execution of any project. Develop energy efficient initiatives to be implemented in store designs. Develop and/or introduce new vendors to execute MEP works. Ensure that all project documents & drawings (incoming and outgoing) are organized and maintained.
