MEP Designer

Job Description

• Develop architectural designs for industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, plants, and manufacturing facilities. • Create layout plans, working drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. • Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and meet operational requirements. • Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to integrate all technical requirements. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and execution stages. • Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, fire safety norms, environmental regulations, and zoning laws. • Understand client requirements and translate them into functional industrial layouts.
