Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled MEP Designer to develop and coordinate the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that MEP systems are efficiently integrated into building designs, adhering to all relevant codes and standards. Key Responsibilities : Create detailed designs and layouts for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems using CAD and BIM software. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications. Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs. Participate in project meetings to discuss design solutions and address any coordination issues. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports for MEP systems. Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct reviews of MEP designs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in resolving design-related issues during construction phases.
