Key Responsibilities: GFC Drawing Coordination: Follow up with the design team for final GFC drawings, ensuring they are received and reviewed on time. Site Activities Monitoring & Control: Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring that they comply with project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations. Inspection/Checklist Approvals: Provide activity-wise and stage-wise inspection approvals, ensuring all checklists are maintained and completed per project requirements. Documentation and Handover Preparation: Prepare and submit necessary documentation for project handover, ensuring all required approvals and sign-offs are obtained. Coordination with FM Team and Contractors: Collaborate effectively with the Facility Management (FM) team and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
