Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare detailed design calculations for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting systems. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues related to MEP installations. Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall building design. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in MEP coordination for residential projects (high-rise buildings). Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting systems and their applications in commercial settings. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
