We are hiring a Head of MEP to lead our MEP division for upcoming hospital infrastructure projects . The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in MEP design and execution for large-scale healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end MEP planning, design, and execution for new hospital projects. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, including NABH, NBC , and AERB. Coordinate across HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, MGPS, and other utility services. Oversee vendor selection, quality control, and timely project delivery. Serve as the technical authority for all MEP-related decisions in hospital projects. Collaborate with design consultants, architects, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class infrastructure. Any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 12+ years in MEP execution and design, with proven expertise in hospital projects. Project Experience: Successfully completed at least 3 - 4 hospital projects with 300+ bed capacity each. Strong regulatory knowledge of NABH, NBC, and AERB standards. Excellent leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
