Designation: MEP - Asst. Manager & above Qualification: B.Tech Experience: 5 years and above (Relevant industry experience is must) Industry: Real Estate Project Type: High-rise buildings Role & responsibilities Follow-up on manpower allocation with the contractors & site inspection to check the progress and assuring safety. Overall responsible for MEO Coordination on the project issues .(Work front availability & clearances for other vendors) for all post tender activities for smooth construction Material procurement evaluations from contractors & in-house team checking the quality of material as per the required standard Monitors contractors compliance on approved GFC drawings vs site conditions quality control Overall progress review on MEP works in PRMs with all vendors & coordinate with the civil team and updating the planning in master project plans working out the recovery plans in case of delays Checking the contractors RA bills Review on Budgeting vs Forecasting Reviewing & planning on internal & external MEP works Site Team Coordination Co-ordination with consultants Design Review & Meeting Internal plumbing ,STP,WTP,Reticulated gas supply system Handover the allotted block units to CRM as per schedule Material, store items follow up to arrange materials as per scheduled work Interested candidates can share their profile to hr@bscpl.net
