The ideal candidate will have a **minimum of 3 years of Gulf experience*in a multi-disciplinary MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) role and will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems in commercial and residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading engineering services provider, with growth potential in an innovative, quality-driven organization. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Installation, Maintenance Troubleshooting:* - Oversee the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems) in residential and commercial buildings. - Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other MEP systems. - Ensure all MEP systems are running efficiently and effectively according to operational standards. - **Supervision Team Leadership:* - Lead and mentor a team of technicians in daily tasks, ensuring efficient execution of projects and troubleshooting assignments. - Provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians in solving complex issues related to MEP systems. - **Quality Control Compliance:* - Ensure all installations and maintenance work comply with the latest local regulations, codes, and safety standards. - Conduct quality checks and inspections of MEP installations, ensuring systems meet operational and safety requirements. - **Project Coordination Documentation:* - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely completion of MEP-related tasks. - Maintain accurate records, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts and equipment. - **Client Interaction:* - Act as the primary point of contact for clients concerning MEP services and systems, providing high-level support and advice on system performance. - Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions, service recommendations, and ongoing support for MEP systems. - **Health Safety Compliance:* - Adhere to safety regulations while performing MEP installations and repairs, using appropriate tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). - Promote a culture of safety and efficiency in the workplace, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices. --- ### **Key Requirements:** - **Experience:* - Minimum **3 years of Gulf experience*in MEP systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Extensive knowledge and experience in **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems**. - **Skills Qualifications:* - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in MEP systems. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams. - Proven experience in project management and team leadership. - Certification in MEP systems (e.g., electrical or plumbing certifications) is an advantage. - Familiarity with MEP design, codes, and standards in the GCC region. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - **Language Skills:* - Proficiency in **English*(both written and spoken). - Arabic language skills are a plus. - **Physical Requirements:* - Ability to work in varied environments, including confined spaces and high elevations. - Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials as needed. --- ### **Salary Benefits:** - **Salary:*3500 SAR per month (plus applicable benefits as per company policies). - **Additional Benefits:*Accommodation, transportation allowances, medical insurance, and other standard benefits as per UAE labor laws. --- ### **Application Process:** Interested candidates Can apply Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview via Zoom.
