Job Title: MEP Engineer Location: Guwahati Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3+ Years (preferred) Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Immediate Joiners preferred. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on construction sites. Review and approve MEP drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure that MEP works are executed as per design, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project timelines. Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. Prepare project reports, material submittals, and compliance documents. Identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Assist in cost estimation and procurement of MEP materials. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of MEP project experience (high-rise/residential/commercial preferred).
