Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and quality control of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction sites. The role requires excellent technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with project teams to ensure that MEP systems are installed in compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEP installations meet quality standards, technical specifications, and project requirements. Conduct regular inspections and oversee corrective actions. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems effectively into the overall project design. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Address any non-compliance issues promptly. Project Management: Assist in planning and scheduling MEP activities, manage resources, and ensure that work is completed within the allocated timeframe and budget. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in site supervision and project management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MEP systems design, installation, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of industry standards and building codes. Software Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software. Proficiency in MS Office Perks and benefits
