MEP Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient MEP Specialist to join our BIM team in Solapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) BIM models in alignment with project standards and client requirements. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our projects by collaborating closely with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP professionals.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage MEP models using Autodesk Revit and related tools.Interpret MEP drawings and specifications to develop coordinated BIM models.Detect and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for model integration and coordination.Ensure compliance with client-specific BIM standards and project requirements.Participate in QA/QC checks and help maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Support project documentation, including sheet setups, schedules, and annotations.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software developments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Revit MEP.Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).Familiarity with international BIM standards (LOD, COBie, etc.) is a plus.Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
