Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meta Ad Specialist at SocialGrade, based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Meta Ad Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing ad strategies, optimizing campaigns based on performance analytics, conducting audience research, and collaborating with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging. The role also involves tracking ROI, preparing performance reports, and staying updated on industry trends and platform updates. Qualifications Expertise in Paid Advertising on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram Skills in Campaign Management, Ad Strategy Development, and Audience Targeting Proficiency in Analytics, Performance Tracking, and Optimization Techniques Experience in Social Media Strategy, Content Coordination, and Creative Collaboration Strong understanding of trends within the digital marketing landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus Show more Show less
