About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert with strong experience in B2B lead generation to join our team on a freelance basis . The ideal candidate must be based in Hyderabad and have a proven track record of creating and managing successful ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms) targeting both Indian and global B2B audiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Generate qualified B2B leads from Indian and international markets Monitor and optimize ad performance for best ROI Perform A/B testing to improve targeting and ad creatives Create detailed performance reports and share insights for improvements Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategy with business goals Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in running Meta Ads for B2B lead generation Strong understanding of targeting, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies Ability to analyze data and make informed campaign decisions Excellent communication skills Must be based in Hyderabad Job Type: Freelance Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
