Role: Meta Ads Expert (On-Site, Full-Time – Surat) We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Expert to join our growing team at Siteshilp. In this on-site role, you’ll take full ownership of Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) – from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling. Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage ROI-focused Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Design and execute full-funnel ad strategies tailored to various industries Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-performing creatives Run A/B tests and iterate based on data insights Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Integrate retargeting, email flows, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates Qualifications: Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Strong understanding of media buying, audience segmentation, and budget scaling Proficiency in A/B testing, creative direction, and performance optimization Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and others Working knowledge of SEO, landing page CRO, and email automation is a bonus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Prior agency or D2C growth experience is preferred Why Join Siteshilp?
