Job Description

Role Overview: We’re seeking a Meta Ads Expert with 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on lead generation campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) . You’ll design, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns that drive high-quality leads (travel inquiries, trip sign-ups, and newsletter opt-ins) — helping us scale our community of explorers. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation (Forms, WhatsApp leads, landing pages) ✅ Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns ✅ Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creatives (static, carousel, video) ✅ Monitor and improve KPIs: CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, CVR, ROAS ✅ Run A/B tests on audience, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies ✅ Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards ✅ Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and lead quality ✅ Stay updated on Meta platform updates, trends, and best practices Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for lead generation (not just brand awareness) Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, placements, and optimisation strategies Experience working with lead forms, WhatsApp click-to-chat ads, or landing page conversions Good analytical skills: ability to read performance data and make informed decisions Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking setup Bonus: Experience in the travel, tourism, or experience economy industry What We Offer: Fast-paced, energetic work environment with a passionate young team Opportunity to own major growth campaigns and see direct impact Competitive salary and performance bonuses Travel perks, discounts, and the chance to join team trips!
