Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meta & Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across both platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing, implementing, and analyzing effective campaigns that drive results. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve search engine visibility. Create compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Manage campaign budgets and bids effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign progress and recommendations for improvement. A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to optimize campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad platforms. Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant analytics tools. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
