Desired Candidate Profile: 5-8 years of experience in capital equipment sales in poultry processing or similar industry.MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specialization in Marketing, International Business or Finance ).Proven track record of achieving sales target achievements in previous roles with excellent selling skills.Able to exhibit strong communication skills and ability to manage complex sales under pressure situations.Must be ready to travel extensively within South Asia.Must be fluent in English & Hindi languages (READ, WRITE & SPEAK) but knowledge in any other language will be an advantage. Key responsibilities:Meet or exceed revenue quota objectives in assigned territory for products and servicesAnalysis of the clients profitability so as to implement appropriate sales actionsLeverage partner relationships to execute on Meyns sales strategy and to accelerate achievement of revenue.Making prospecting a part of the regular routine ensuring that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basisManaging the entire sales process which will result in an order transfer to the assigned Project Manager. Continuously learning about new products and improving selling skills.
