The Role: The Offshore Microsoft Dynamics Developer is responsible for crafting, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions from a remote location. They collaborate closely with onshore teams to interpret business needs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient code delivery. By adhering to industry best practices and coding standards, they help organizations optimize the performance and scalability of their Microsoft Dynamics environment Key Responsibilities: Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on efficiency and scalability Implement system integrations using APIs, web services, and data migration tools Collaborate with onshore teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions that address business needs Write and maintain high-quality code adhering to best practices and coding standards Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure successful project delivery Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and their technical frameworks Expertise in relevant programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, JavaScript) and development environments Familiarity with SQL databases and data management principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalable solutions Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual, cross-functional environment 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including CRM or ERP modules) Demonstrated success in delivering offshore development solutions for global teams Proficient in integrating third-party applications or services with Dynamics 365. Experience working in agile project environments, coordinating with onshore and client teams
