Job Description

Lead design development for small to medium-scale projects under senior guidance. Translate client requirements into functional, creative, and sustainable design solutions. Prepare and oversee detailed architectural drawings and presentations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs. Supervise junior architects and interns; review and guide their work. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections. Participate in client meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
