Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Node.js + TypeScript)

Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with solid experience in Node.js and TypeScript to work on scalable, maintainable backend systems and contribute to frontend development when required. Familiarity with AdonisJS is a big plus. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to build features end-to-end. The role starts as contractual , but there's a clear path to full-time employment based on performance and skill alignment. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to end-to-end feature development. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies. Work independently with minimal supervision, and take ownership of tasks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Communicate effectively in a remote-first environment. Required Skills 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer. Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript . Experience working with REST APIs and backend architecture. Familiarity with AdonisJS (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). Version control with Git/GitHub. Good communication skills and remote collaboration experience. Good to Have Experience with frontend frameworks like React or NextJS. Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices.
