Location: Remote/Work from Home Preferred - relocation to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (relocation package covered) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing HR Tech, Job Distribution, or AI Interviewer products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building user-centric solutions that address the needs of both employers and job seekers. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. User-Centric Design : Engage with users to gather insights and iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the HR tech landscape. Performance Metrics : Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum 5 years of product management experience in HR Tech, Job Distribution, or AI Interviewer products. Technical Skills : Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user experience principles. Analytical Mindset : Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly. Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a startup environment or with international teams.
