Position: Middle School Teacher Subject Specialization: Physics & Mathematics Location: EuroSchool, Undri, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher for Physics and Mathematics to join our dynamic teaching team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both subjects, with an ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey. This position requires not only a solid understanding of content but also an innovative approach to teaching that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for middle school students in Physics and Mathematics, aligned with the curriculum and educational standards. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and promote student understanding. Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning, encouraging student participation and collaboration. Integrate technology and hands-on activities into lessons to enhance student engagement and comprehension. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding academic performance and any pertinent concerns. Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, and professional development programs to stay current with educational practices and content knowledge. Supervise and mentor students during extracurricular activities, fostering a sense of community within the school. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Physics and Mathematics (Graduate/Postgraduate preferred). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Physics and Mathematics at the middle school level. Strong understanding of middle school curriculum and instructional best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
