We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Business Architect who can fulfil the role of Sr. Business Solutions Analyst. This is a senior role that drives the strategic direction of the organization s systems, processes, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the organization s overall goals and objectives. The Sr. Business Solutions Analyst will lead research, design, document, and modify requirements and designs to support the organization s goals and objectives. This role will also be responsible for facilitating the scrum process for Scrum teams and ensures that the scrum is done well and the scrum goals are met. The role holder will be removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediments. The role requires assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and the organization. Additionally, this position works with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met and to ensure that the proposed solutions are aligned with the organization s strategy. Partner with both the business and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery, from identifying and defining requirements & process flows and use cases, through to user acceptance testing. 40% Support the maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, which includes prioritization, refinement and elaboration of stories, features and epics. 10% Participate in design and solutioning sessions to ensure platform capabilities are optimally aligned to business requirements and value realization. 15% Driving various SCRUM ceremonies Daily Standup, Scrum Planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, sizing etc. 25% Collaborate with product owners, program managers, or project managers to provide the status of deliverables and overall project/program status. 10% KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Visio. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Pega Cloud Systems. Expert knowledge of system architecture and design best practices. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team helping them meet quality and timeline goals. Knowledge of Scrum Management tools like (Preferably Azure DevOps/ VSTS) Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques, techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown, Retrospective, Release, Changes) Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situation
