Job Title: Mill Operator Location: Pashamailaram, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: Production/Manufacturing Reports To: [Supervisor/Production Manager] Job Summary: The Mill Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining milling equipment to ensure efficient production of materials. This role requires monitoring machine performance, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Operate milling machines and other equipment according to production specifications. Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and monitor processing. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks, minor repairs, and report any mechanical issues. Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety rules and wear required protective equipment. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of production, machine settings, and maintenance activities. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet production goals. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus). Experience: Previous experience in a mill or manufacturing setting preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of milling operations, tools, and maintenance procedures. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long hours. Attention to Detail: Ability to detect and correct production errors. Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery. Must wear appropriate safety gear.
