Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator with 5 years of work experience to manage and optimize our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our SharePoint platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and manage SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint farmsDevelop and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and formsManage user access, permissions, and security settings across SharePoint sites and document librariesPerform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and securityTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues promptlyDevelop and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes and configurationsProvide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SharePoint-based solutions for business needsMonitor SharePoint performance and usage, providing recommendations for improvementsImplement and manage backup and recovery procedures for SharePoint dataRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator, working with both on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint environmentsStrong knowledge of SharePoint 2016 or later versions, SharePoint Online, and Office 365Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automationExperience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., Sharegate) and processesFamiliarity with related technologies such as SQL Server, IIS, and Active DirectoryKnowledge of SharePoint development using .NET, C#, and ASP.NETExperience with SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and Nintex WorkflowsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesRelevant SharePoint certifications are a plus
