Job Title: MIS Executive cum Billing Executive Location: Car Affair Superstore, Plot No 527, Ground Floor, Krishna Towers, 100 ft Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad – 500081 Company: Car Affair Superstore – Hyderabad’s Premium Car Accessories, Spares, and Car Care Store Industry: Automotive / Retail Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Car Affair Superstore is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MIS Executive cum Billing Executive to manage daily billing, inventory coordination, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in data management, billing software, and store operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Generate and process customer invoices using billing software. Manage billing for walk-in customers, online orders, and wholesale transactions. Ensure all transactions are accurately entered in the system. Maintain and reconcile daily sales records and cash reports. MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and billing. Track stock movement and assist in inventory audits. Generate reports for management review – sales trends, inventory status, billing summary, etc. Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment and forecasting. Administrative Support: Maintain and organize billing records and documents. Handle customer queries related to billing and payments. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and GST compliance. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or a related field. (Preferable) 1–3 years of experience in billing, MIS, or store operations (preferably in retail or automotive sector). Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms). Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak hours. Preferred Skills: Experience in spare parts or automotive retail sector. Basic understanding of GST billing and taxation. Knowledge of inventory management systems. Working Hours:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week) Salary: Based on experience and industry standards.
