Job Description

Designation: MIS Executive Collections Position Type: Full-Time Department: FOS Locations: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Reporting Relationship Reports to: National Collections Head Internal Relation: Regional / State Heads Collections, Finance External Relation: Clients JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data processing, report generation, and analytics for our Field Collections team across India. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights to drive performance and ensure smooth functioning of the collections process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data Management & Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from field collection teams across regions. Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review. Generate performance dashboards, collection reports, agent productivity reports, and aging reports. Perform data validation, verification, and cleaning to ensure data accuracy. 2. Analytical Insights: Analyze field collections data to identify trends, problem areas, and improvement opportunities. Provide data-driven insights for optimizing field collections strategies. Develop and present analytical reports on collections performance, team efficiency, and region-wise collections. 3. System & Process Management: Manage and update collections software (CRM) with real-time data inputs. Collaborate with IT and software teams for system enhancements, report automation, and troubleshooting. Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection policies. 4. Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for field collection data from all regions. Coordinate with regional collection managers for data submission, clarifications, and issue resolution. Train field collection staff on data entry processes and report usage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Knowledge of SQL or basic query writing preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems and collections software is an advantage. Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent data management and reporting capabilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Work Environment: Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Work from office). Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Qualification and Experience: Educational Qualification(s): Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, IT, or related field preferred). Experience: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS/Data Management Experience in Collection Strategy function in NBFC / Bank will be preferred
