Job Description

Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments. Analyze performance data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement. Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for management review. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions. Dashboard Management: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using relevant software and tools. Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing. Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders. Provide training and support to users on dashboard functionality. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with various departments to gather data and ensure data accuracy. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide insights and updates. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to resolve technical issues. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations. Data Collection and Reporting: Develop and implement data collection procedures and tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation checks. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports based on data analysis. Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders. Automate reporting where possible.
