Job Title: MIS Executive (Hospital & Healthcare Analytics) Location: VSPM AHE, Nagpur Experience: 7-12 years in the hospital/healthcare domain Salary: Negotiable (based on last drawn pay) Job Description: VSPM AHE, a leading institution in healthcare and medical education, is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage and analyze hospital data for effective decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MIS, hospital operations, analytics, and reporting , ensuring data-driven insights for process optimization and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and hospital analytics Analyze hospital operations data, revenue cycles, patient flow, and resource utilization Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams for data accuracy and reporting Implement data-driven decision-making models for process improvements Support management in audit preparations, compliance tracking, and performance metrics Ensure smooth functioning of hospital IT systems, databases, and ERP Preferred Qualifications: MHA/MBA (Hospital Management) preferred Candidates with MCM, B.Tech/B.E., B.Com/M.Com, BCA/MCA, BBA/MBA (with hospital domain expertise) can also apply Strong knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS), ERP, and data analytics tools Experience in healthcare operations, compliance, and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools Why Join Us?
