Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of company assets such as containers and bins. Ensure the proper tracking of asset movements and locations. Customer Coordination: Engage with customers to understand their packaging requirements, prepare and execute plans to meet these requirements, and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely updates on asset locations and availability. Work closely with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes. Data Management: Handle data management tasks, including updating records in the MIS system and generating reports as needed. Excel and MIS Reporting: Utilize Excel and other MIS tools to create detailed reports, analyze data, and present findings to support decision-making processes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in asset management and customer coordination to enhance efficiency and service quality.
