Visit https://skit.ai/ Job Title: MIS Executive Location: Bangalore (Fulltime) Timings : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. In-depth knowledge of Excel formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNT, SUM, INDEX-MATCH). Experience in creating and managing Pivot Tables for data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably with a background in Mathematics or Data Analytics. Ability to organize, analyze, and present data accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of Macros and Apps Script (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with financial services, debt collection metrics, payment tracking, and account reconciliation (a plus but not mandatory). Experience: 1-2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role. Exposure to financial services or debt collection processes is an advantage but not a requirement. Key Responsibilities: Data Management Accuracy: Maintain and update records across Excel/Google Sheets regularly. Ensure data accuracy by validating trends, tracking key metrics, and identifying discrepancies. If applicable, support debt collection reporting by managing payment statuses, account placements, and recovery trends. Reporting Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using advanced Excel tools. Use Pivot Tables and formulas to analyze and summarize data trends. Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators, including efficiency and success metrics. Process Automation Efficiency: Build automated templates for tracking key business metrics and operational workflows. Optimize reporting processes using Excel automation tools (e.g., Macros, Power Query). Develop scripts or tools to reduce manual effort in data compilation and reconciliation (if applicable). Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with various departments to collect, organize, and share critical data insights. Assist in troubleshooting data-related challenges and optimizing reporting processes. If relevant, provide real-time data support to teams focused on financial operations or collections. Continuous Process Improvement: Identify areas to streamline reporting processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency in tracking performance across business functions
