Role Responsibilities: Compile and analyze statistical data to support business decisions. Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends. Maintain and manage MIS systems for accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for reporting. Monitor data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively. Respond to data-related inquiries from management and staff. Assist in developing and implementing new MIS processes. Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and software. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot MIS system issues. Document all processes and procedures to ensure compliance. Support project initiatives with data analysis and reporting. Participate in strategic planning meetings, providing data insights. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with database management and data visualization software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting. Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Understanding of business processes and systems. Proficient in conducting presentations and data demonstrations.
