Role Responsibilities: Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to provide accurate reports. Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. Create visually engaging reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Monitor and maintain data integrity across various systems. Conduct regular audits on data input and output processes. Work closely with different departments to streamline data gathering processes. Ensure timely dissemination of reports to relevant stakeholders. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Implement best practices for data management and reporting. Assist in training team members on MIS tools and methodologies. Stay updated with industry trends regarding data management and analytics. Contribute to the development of new MIS initiatives. Troubleshoot and address any data-related issues promptly. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance. Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management. Support strategic planning through data analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Experience with database management and data modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus. Experience working with large data sets. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
