ABOUT US ACKO is creating an end to end car ownership and management platform under the brand Acko Drive - from purchasing a new car to maintaining an existing one - paying challans, getting car serviced and repaired, or selling an existing car. We are building a world class network of multibrand service centres across the country and aim to provide the best in class vehicle care option to car owners. The business operates on a franchisee based model, where Automobile dealers run Acko Drive franchise and operate based on highly standardized SOPs to deliver superlative customer experience. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, he/she will support our data analysis and reporting efforts. He/She will work closely with the data team to manipulate, analyse, and visualize data using Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about data, proficient in Excel, and eager to grow their skillset in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Create and maintain detailed reports, charts, and graphs to present data insights effectively. - Collaborate with the data team to identify datasets trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Assist in collecting, organizing, and entering data into Excel spreadsheets. - Utilize Excel formulas and functions to perform data manipulation and calculations. - Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports. - Contribute to the improvement of existing reporting processes and data quality assurance. - Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Expertise & Qualifications -Graduation/Postgraduation or equivalent qualification in any faculty from a recognized University/Institution. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization. - Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to interpret data trends. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering and manipulating data. - Effective communication skills to present data insights and findings. - Proven ability to work within deadlines and manage time efficiently. - Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. - Prior coursework, projects, or internships related to data analysis and Excel is a plus. - Knowledge of other data analysis tools or programming languages is a bonus.
