We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and interpreting organizational data to support strategic decision-making. While any graduate degree is accepted, an MBA Graduate is preferred for this position, indicating a strong business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will involve collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports and insights. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex data and insights to diverse audiences, including senior management. Proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) is essential for data manipulation, analysis, and report generation. Basic knowledge of Power BI is also required, as you will be developing interactive dashboards and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence, contributing to operational efficiency and strategic planning.
