Key Responsibilities:Commercial Legal Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts.Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.Legal Representation: Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the company's interests.Client and Debtor Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions.Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance.Court Proceedings: Attend court hearings, managing cases effectively while keeping the management team informed of developments.Knowledge Application: Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Law is required.
