Role & responsibilities:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of handling confidential information, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical).Meeting & Travel Coordination:Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Organize conferences, events, and executive-level meetings.Communication & Liaison:Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, and reports.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Project & Task Management:Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.Conduct research and provide summaries or insights on relevant topics.Support decision-making by gathering data and presenting key findings.Excellent Follow up skills with sales team and every department.Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.Good command over English.ShorthandManage travel, and meeting.Report to DirectorProven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Knowledge of [CRM software, project management tools, etc.]Compensation & Benefits:Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work Experience:Should have 3-8 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.Educational Qualification:Should have graduated from a secretarial college.
